Universal Design / Aging-in-Place
Although we often incorporate the Principles of Universal Design into many of our projects, some clients have specific needs regarding accessibility.
These design modifications follow guidelines set out by the ADA and can also be recommendations from the client’s PT. Accessible design can also be beautiful!
We have both CLIPP (Certified Living-in-Place Institute) and CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place-Specialist) accreditation.
Kitchen & Bath Design
Let us work with you to plan the two most important rooms in your home. We start with a Kitchen Assessment to determine your needs and create a design that maximized the functionality of the space. We specify the appliances, flooring, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry style, hardware details, flooring, and countertop options ~ with a completed plan. We manage this project from start-to-finish.
Multi-Residential Design
We work with Property Managers and Condo Boards to design an environment that reflects the needs of the residents and style of the building. Our services include planning, sourcing and project managing to ensure the work is completed on schedule.
