Space Planning, Design & Decor
Depending on the scope of the work to be completed, we can provide floor plans, furniture layouts, source all products and materials to complete your interior space. This can include: furniture, lighting, window treatments wall coverings, floor coverings, and accessories. We work with our trusted trade suppliers to provide quality products and materials.
Kitchen & Bathroom Design
Our process begins with an in-depth Needs Assessment. Floor plans, wall elevations and lighting plans are required for all kitchen and bathroom projects. We also source and procure faucets, fixtures and plumbing supplies, cabinetry & hardware styles, flooring and countertop materials, as well as appliances.
Living-in-Place/Aging-in-Place
The majority of Canadians adults 45+ plan to remain living in their homes as they age. We will design a space customized to your needs, sourcing and installing products that adhere to the ADA guidelines. Our Principal Designer has both CAPS and CLIPP certifications.
Renovation
Our team of trade professionals will work with you from start-to-finish on your renovation project, from design plans, city permits to final installations. All of our trades are licensed and insured with over two decades of experience.
Project Management
As we work with you to design your interior space, we source and procure all the required finishing products and materials, while coordinating trade schedules. Managing project schedules and preparing finishing schedules, plays a large role in keeping the project running smoothly.
Commercial Design
Our thirty years of experience includes office design and multi-residential condo interiors.
